 Placing an order

Please refer to our size chart before placing an order. If you can, measure your bust, waist & hips and match to best size displayed on the chart provided.

Why are there different shipping dates for the items in my shopping bag? 

Different shipping dates are due to item availability. Some items may not yet be in stock, so will be delivered at a later time. We will still make it our priority to have these items shipped to you as soon as we can. 

How long does it take to receive an item once ordered?

For our apparel, you can expect to receive your items from 7-10 business days. For our ‘Custom’ collection since the pieces are custom and are not premade orders typically take 2-5 weeks depending on the volume of orders, not including delivery time. Please take note that we average about five weeks for standard delivery. You may also request a rush order which would be at an additional fee.

Rush Order

For any rush orders please expect to pay an additional fee of $55.00. Item will arrive by the date requested by the client. However, please allow at least 10 business days from the date of request to process your order. Please be sure to email us with request, item number, size, color choice, as well as ship date. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.

How can I track my package?

Please use the tracking number provided in the invoice emailed to you to track your package. You can monitor your package, depending on the shipping method selected.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed and a confirmation email has been provided we cannot cancel or change an order. However, you are welcome to review our return policy to take further action.
